How can we pay to get started?

Checks, PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) are accepted.

Are your Web Design costs one-time?

Yes, just a one time cost for your website design. Further fees can be accumulated from elements outside of the original scope and late fees apply.

Will you custom design our website for this price?

Yes, we do awesome custom website design.

Your work is awesome for your price range. Do you get similar compliments often?

Hosting

Do you own your servers?

No. We work with remote data centers who physically store the websites.

Do I have to host with you?

No. Depending on the project it might be highly suggested though.

Can you host our website and register our domain name?

Yes and yes.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?

Yes.

Can you migrate our website to your hosting?

Depending on the technology used we are able to migrate most websites.

How Does Your Web Design Process Work?

Our mission is to build the best and most cost effective website for your business. A professionally built website can promote your products and services, enhance your image, attract certified clients and help generate business leads. With that in mind, we will carefully research your business needs and plan a strategy to create the ideal web solution.

Do you use any proprietary or licensed technologies?

We typically use Open Source technologies in the majority of our projects. This means to you that none of the technology used are licensed to us.

Can you create a logo to go with our web site?

Yes. In fact, we make excellent logos.

What is your typical turn around period?

Typically six weeks but this might vary from project to project.

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?

Yes. We utilize CMS (Content Management Software) so you have control of your website.

Will we get a chance to review and suggest modifications to the website before it is launched?

Yes.

A lot of websites out there are flash based. My website targets a serious and mature audience. Can you make clean HTML and non-flash websites?

Yes.

I want a site like eBay/MySpace/Facebook/…etc. Can you do this?
